Spring School Russia

The Global Politics Spring School Russia is an intensive short-term program jointly organized by the School of International Relations at Saint Petersburg State University and the Center for Global Politics at Freie Universität Berlin. The School will provide students with an insight into German and Russian perspectives on institutional change and modernization.
The modules offered will touch upon new approaches to global politics, the role of the media in the modernization process and current developments in the EU and Russia. The exchange of views and ideas will equally include input from German and Russian academics and students. Interactive teaching methods, extracurricular events and visits to public institutions will make this spring school an enriching learning experience.
The school will also function as a platform to create new links between German and Russian scholars and students. These links can be maintained and upheld by joining the Center for Global Politics’ vibrant alumni network.
